ReeFlowers Detox - Zeolite is a natural stone formed by the reaction of volcanic lava with marine waters. It binds ammonia, hydrogen sulphate and similar toxic materials which are resulting substances of dissolution and decay of fish food leftovers, fish poop, organic debris etc. and removes from the aquarium system.
It accelerates the healing process of internal and external tissue injuries that occur in fish and invertebrates. Increases water quality, and oxygen level.
Thanks to its microporous structure and anionic surface properties it keeps the particles which are in the water column and clarifies the water. It prevents smell. It creates a living space for beneficial bacteria, enhances biological filtration by increasing the bacterial population in the aquarium.
Reduces fish and invertebrate loss during transportation by reducing ammonia levels.
INSTRUCTIONS
It should be used in the media reactor, canister filter or with a filter bag supplied with the product where the water flow is high.
For a freshwater aquarium with an average load of 100 liters, 120 ml (~100 gr) ReeFlowers Detox Zeolite should be added. It should be renewed every month when used to remove ammonia. In saltwater aquariums 60 ml (~50 gr) media per 100lt is added and should be renewed every month. For a heavily-loaded aquarium, media amount can be increased up to 3 times, and it can be increased up to 5 times during transportation.
If ReeFlowers Detox Zeolite used for increasing the beneficial bacteria population in freshwater aquariums; needs to be rinsed via aquarium water once every three months without taking it out of water to reach the extanded usage of three years.
